Authors are invited to submit full paper of significant findings of research and development work to the conference secretariat.

All accepted papers must be presented in order to be published in the conference proceedings and listed in the IEEE Explore. Each submitted paper must be registered and presented by one author, for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
